Who we are and what this covers

Camacho Engineering LLC operates Floofie and this website. This notice covers the app, its widgets, website visits, and communications with us. Information handling depends on the version and features you use.

Current app and account features

The current app provides account-related screens, a built-in visual experience, and static widget content. It does not upload photos, generate content through a live AI service, or include advertisements or purchases. Where online sign-in is enabled, Apple or Google handles the sign-in you select, and AWS authentication services process the resulting identity and session information. Account details can include a provider identifier, email address, and name supplied by that provider. Availability depends on the version; a sign-in screen does not mean every online feature is available.

App diagnostics

The current app diagnostic component keeps its events local or disables them; it does not deliver them to a remote analytics service. This is separate from information you send to support and diagnostics handled by your operating system or app store under its settings.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics and its cookies only if you accept analytics in the footer. It measures visits and interactions, including pages viewed, referrals, browser or device type, rough location, and timing. Ad personalization is off. You can reject or withdraw acceptance through Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for this website; clearing browser storage resets it. Withdrawal stops future analytics here, but does not delete data already sent to Google.

Website delivery, support, and service providers

AWS delivers this website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to serve it. Google processes optional website analytics and provides the email service for privacy@camacho.engineering. If you contact us, we receive your contact details, message, and any attachments, and use them to handle your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary personal information. Information sent to these providers may be processed outside your country. The website is delivered over HTTPS; no transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Retention and your choices

Local preferences remain subject to your device and backup settings. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes its saved analytics choice. Google Analytics is configured for 2-month event-data retention and 14-month user-data retention, with the user period reset by new activity; these settings do not cover all aggregated reports or browser cookies. For personal information we hold, retention depends on the service or request involved, whether it is still needed to handle that request, and applicable legal obligations. Copies held by other services or backups may have separate lifetimes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion and to ask what information or exceptions apply. This notice does not provide an automatic account-deletion or export feature.

Age eligibility and changes

Floofie is intended for older teens and adults, not young children. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Floofie account. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us. We will update this notice when our information practices change and show the revision date here.
